Information you provide directly: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, request a free digital download, or contact us about a brand partnership.

Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics to collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and referring site. Google Analytics uses cookies and only loads after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; you can change your choice anytime via “Cookie Settings” in the footer. We also use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn’t require consent. We do not collect payment information, because the Site does not process payments.

Third-party embeds: pages on the Site embed content from YouTube and Instagram. Interacting with those embeds is subject to YouTube’s and Instagram’s own privacy policies, not this one.

• To deliver the free digital download(s) you request.
• To send you marketing and promotional emails about new content, products (including FixKon and Kitor), free resources, and related updates, when you’ve opted in.
• To respond to brand partnership inquiries sent to our business email.
• To understand how visitors use the Site, via Google Analytics, so we can improve it.

When you check the consent box to receive a free download, you are affirmatively opting in to receive marketing emails from us. We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or emailing us at unesfath@gmail.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and send email:

• Resend, our email delivery and audience management provider, used to store your email address and send newsletter, marketing, and download-confirmation emails.
• Google Analytics (GA4), used to understand aggregate Site traffic.
• Vercel, our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs to serve the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the Site.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time, see “Your Rights” below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing, for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, email us at unesfath@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
